Jeep SUVs Set to Make India Debut at 2016 Delhi Auto Expo

The long wait for the Jeep vehicles will finally get over at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo, as the company is planning to unveil its range at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. The confirmation has come from Fiat Chrysler India’s President and Managing Director Kevin Flynn. He also confirmed that the company the Jeep range’s sales will begin from mid-2016.

The Grand Cherokee could be the first Jeep product to be launched by the company, followed by the Wrangler and the Renegade. The company is planning to open separate dealerships in all major cities in the country, though it might initially use Fiat’s existing network to initially sell its cars. All the Jeep products will come as CBUs (completely built-up units), though the company may later on start assembling them here using completely knocked-down units. Read More…
